Travel Grant: The Teaching Academy of the Consortium of West Regional Colleges of Veterinary Medicine 2023 Biennial Summer Conference Travel Grant is designed to assist participants to attend the Biennial Summer Conference – July 17-21. Attendance to the conference will provide an opportunity to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of faculty and staff in a manner that will improve teaching and learning in the seven regional veterinary colleges (CSU, OSU, UC-Davis, UA, MidW, WSU, & WU) and promote a network of individuals that share common interests. The Regional Teaching Academy (RTA) will provide funding for this grant. It is an expectation that the Travel Grant shall not be used to alleviate the current responsibility of departments/colleges, but to provide support for travel in addition to the support from sponsoring colleges. Therefore, a funding model based on cost-sharing for individual awards is described in the travel grant detail form above.
