2017 Biennial Conference

Paradigm Change in Teaching
Leveraging Cross-Institutional Collaboration

July 12-14, 2017 – Fort Collins, CO

The Teaching Academy of the Consortium of West Region Colleges of Veterinary Medicine (RTA) would like to invite participants to attend the 2017 Summer Conference this July 12th through 14th at Colorado State University at Fort Collins, Colorado.

Our 3rd Biennial Meeting is designed to help bring together those interested in instruction, promoting both interaction and collaboration among colleges. An important goal at the inception of the RTA was to work together regionally so that we could begin to change the paradigms at each member college. This conference will focus on professional development workshops, formal scholarship presentations, collegial networking, and both formal and informal small-group discussions. We will also explore how our 3 RTA initiatives have come together and discuss how these might foster institutional change through interactive workshops.

We will continue to learn together through our collaborations and shared interest in faculty development.
