Lodging
If you are a Regional Teaching Academy Fellow, lodging expenses for the dates of the biennial conference will be reimbursed up to $199/night. Please note that lodging costs and taxes for each Fellow will be reimbursed by the Academy for ONLY the 4 nights of the biennial conference. Any additional nights and other college-sponsored guests will need to cover travel expenses, with the exception of the pre-conference workshop participants that are fellows.
If your travel as an RTA fellow requires an additional night of lodging in Corvallis, please contact Dr. Rachel Halsey to inquire whether you might be eligible for additional reimbursement.

The discounted room rate will end June 20th and all reservations made after this time will be subject to availability and rate.

Parking for the Conference
Parking for the conference will be in B/C (see parking map). Daily Visitor Permits are required Monday through Friday ($4/day) from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay Options: Pay before you arrive, using the OSU parking site. Select “visitor permit”. Select the “daily visitor permit- zone B & C”. This option you can pay to park for multiple days. OR Pay stations once you arrive

Travel Reimbursement
The Teaching Academy will cover registration fees for the Biennial Conference for RTA Fellows $200. Participants that are not fellows are welcome and encouraged to attend the conference, but will be subject to the registration fee of $200 (local participants will be charged a registration fee of $100). If a non-fellow participates in the VETS pre-conference workshop, they will receive a 50% discount on the conference registration.
If you are a Regional Teaching Academy Fellow, lodging expenses will be reimbursed up to $199/night (4 nights).
Additional attendees are encouraged to register for the conference. (The Teaching Academy will not reimburse any travel expenses for other participants)
